I believe therapy should feel restorative, not rigid. Healing can happen in lots of ways, through creative expression, mindfulness, cultural practices, or other paths that feel meaningful to you. Instead of trying to fit into boxes that often leave people out or cause harm, I want to help you find your own path to wellness that feels true to who you are.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and takes into account how race, culture, and systems of oppression impact our lives. As a biracial Black woman, I recognize what it’s like to navigate these systems, and how often we’re taught to blame ourselves instead of looking at the bigger picture. I also have deep respect for the resilience, creativity, and strength rooted in marginalized communities. My goal is to honor your experiences while helping you shift from self-blame toward empowerment and healing.

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re already carrying so much. I invite you to show up just as you are without pressure or expectations. I mainly work with BIPOC adults and teens, supporting them through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and building self-compassion. Together, we can create a supportive space where you can reconnect with your authentic self.
