MY APPROACH

Buenas, I’m Georgina — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and proud first-generation Mexican American therapist. I bring a bicultural, bilingual (English/Spanish) lens to my work and a deep respect for the resilience that lives in our stories, our families, and our cultures. I understand what it’s like to move between worlds, carry expectations, and try to build a life that feels authentic and grounding.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I’m also certified in perinatal mental health and support people through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many emotional layers of becoming or being a parent. I honor how complex and tender that season of life can be.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in a decolonized, strength-based perspective. You are not broken. Your reactions make sense within the systems, histories, and conditions you’ve had to navigate. Together, we focus on reconnecting you to your inner wisdom, body wisdom, and collective resilience. You can bring your doubts, your emotions, and your whole self. All of you is welcome here.

My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of agency. If this resonates, I’d be honored to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
