MY APPROACH

Coming from generations of caretakers, this work is in my bones.

I started being a therapist when I was a kid, by being the eldest daughter. Then to being the first out queer, then trans person in my brown immigrant family and community.

And even in some of the most traumatic times, being able to help others kept me hopeful and alive. Over time, I realized I wanted to work with folks who are navigating experiences that I've had and survived.

I lead with compassion and accountability in my work and in my relationships. While we move through some difficult moments, I ask for your willingness to evolve. Trauma work is hard, but you won't be alone! I'll be moving through it right beside you.

Expect to hear loud laughs, have your perspective challenged and to be encouraged to be you at your most expansive and loved.
